2 channel remote control: the Tyro Lyra
A radio remote control that fits in the pockets of your pants or shirt. The Tyro Lyra is the simplest variant that Tyro Remotes has in production. The Lyra is a compact, lightweight and waterproof (IP 65) remote control with two remote channels that can be applied in combination with pumps, winches, gateways or construction lifts. The Lyra is the entry level for the Musca remote control. The Musca is not limited to 2 channels, it is also available in 4 and 6 channels.

The 2 channel remote control has a moulded housing and features an ergonomic design with comfortable rubber grip. Manufacturers use the Lyra, in combination with the 2 channel Hydrus receiver, as an OEM product for their devices, machinery and vehicles. The wireless remote controller has a great range which is more than enough for most applications.

Technical specifications
The Lyra / Hydrus is a remote control that makes use of the 868 MHz broadband. The remote control communicates via a simplex connection; this means that commands can only be sent in one direction, from the transmitter to the receiver. The Lyra can be used in environments with temperatures of- 20 ° C to +60 ° C. The 2 channel remote control uses a 9V block battery and with the extremely low power usage has a battery life of approximately 2 years. The battery can then be replaced.
Provided with CE / EMC / E11 certification
The Lyra is EMC / 11 certified which means that it can be used on public roads in more than 25 countries. Each remote control and receiver has its own unique 24 bit code so that the receiver ‘listens’ only to its own specific remote control.

The 2 channel Hydrus receiver is a small, simplified version of the popular Aquarius receiver. The radio receiver is 100% waterproof. In a few simple steps the set is tuned and can be used immediately after purchase.
