Service request

If a TYRO remote control has a defect or needs maintenance, it can be returned. For smooth repair handling, we would like to ask you to fill out this form. After receiving the service request, a confirmation with further instructions will follow within 1-3 business days.

  • Preferably return the entire system (transmitter and receiver).
  • By submitting this service request you agree to repair/replacement costs up to a maximum of € 200,- excluding shipping costs.
  • If the total costs exceed € 200,- we ask you to give your agreement by e-mail.
  • If repair is not economically profitable, a replacement will always be offered/delivered.
  • If not agreed with the costs, we will return the goods. However examination and shipping costs will be charged.
  • If we do not receive the repair within 30 days after approval, the service request will be deleted and the form must be filled out again.
