What is 2S?

The 2S generation demonstrates our know-how for innovation in wireless remote controls. It supports different frequencies (434 MHz, 915 MHz, 2.4 GHz), ensuring wide compatibility worldwide. The Cat 1 radio module in this series is known for its reliable and fast communication.

Unparalleled Connectivity

One of the key features of the 2S generation is the always-duplex connection. This provides real-time feedback between devices, enabling seamless and instant communication. Whether for critical machine operations or complex automation tasks, the duplex connection ensures that actions are performed quickly and accurately, increasing operational precision.

Enhanced Capacity for Functionality

The 2S series has a modular and configurable software architecture, better known as the combo code. This unique design means one software stack fits all, drastically simplifying the integration process. With more capacity comes the ability to introduce more features, giving users a customisable experience tailored to their specific needs. Features include self-configurable key functions and primary/secondary functionality, offering unparalleled versatility.

Connectivity Redefined

Our 2S products improve the way transmitters and receivers work together. By supporting multiple transmitters per receiver and vice versa (1:N and N:1 configurations), this flexibility opens up new possibilities for system design and application. Complemented by FCC, ISED and RCM certifications, the 2S generation is ready for international use.

User-Orientated Operation

The Tyro 2S series simplifies the pairing procedure, allowing quick and trouble-free device set-up. The introduction of frequency jumps improves the robustness of the wireless link and ensures stable and secure communication, even in environments with heavy signal interference. With a universal protocol, any Tyro 2S handheld transmitter communicates effortlessly with any Tyro 2S receiver, highlighting our commitment to user-friendly design.

Client-Centric Customisations

Recognising the diverse needs of our customers, we have incorporated a hidden settings menu for customers, allowing further customisation of the device without compromising simplicity or safety. The standard use of SMA antennas on receivers further ensures reliable and extended range for all operational needs.
