Service form

In the unlikely event that something may go wrong with your remote control system, we are glad to help. In case a Tyro transmitter (remote), or another product, shows signs of failure or requires maintenance, you can send the product to us. We ask you to fill in this service form. You will receive further information per email right after completing this form.

  • After receiving the products with the service form, we will send you an email with the diagnosis and the corresponding costs. All the repairs costing under 150 Euros/Pounds (Ex. shipping costs) will be carried out immediately without your prior approval and will also be sent back. (damage covered by our warranty as stated in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale document will not be charged).
  • For repairs that will cost above 150 Euros/Pounds, we will need your confirmation by email in order to send them back to the address mentioned on this form.
  • In case you do not agree with the costs, we will return the products to you. However, you will receive an invoice for the associated research and shipping costs.
