Operating a pick and place machine in a steel warehouse!

If the fully automated pick and place machine in a warehouse with steel profiles and plates malfunctions, the mechanic has to repair the machine.

During the repair work he has to be certain that precisely the part of machine he wants is operated.

Now he can do it himself with our remote control system that is linked to the machine’s PLC!

Operation of 48 rolling doors with 35 fork-lift trucks!

Operating several large rolling doors with many fork-lift trucks, this is no problem for Tyro.

Every fork-lift truck has its own handheld transmitter, every door its own receiver.

The standard turn-off at the door is the signal for the receiver that the transmission signal is blocked. Naturally we use the lock function on the buttons for this so that the button does not have to be pressed down for a long time unnecessarily.

This configuration has already been applied simultaneously for 48 doors and 35 fork-lift trucks.

Wireless control for theaters

The Tyro remote controls are deployed in multiple ways within the theater or art fairs for lifting or lowering of the truss systems. The project in the new De La Mar Theater is a practical example of that.

One or more trusses or different designs can be selected with the help of a wireless remote with display. Apart from that by pressing on a button one can maneuver the wireless-spooling in or out of the selected trusses. The display plays a crucial role in this situation. By means of a display a person can always check and look at his selection of the trusses that he/she had made.

The pre-set display, with the possibility of adjusting it in-between and simultaneously, safely hoisting and lowering of a crane when needed is a proven specialty of Tyro Remotes.

Moreover, on the display of the transmitter, one can see the weights that are hanging on the ropes with the help of load cells. These load cells are again periodically adjusted using a setup function. By hanging weights on the two calibration points on calibrated loads the Tyro Remotes also calculates the weight curve itself.
