One transmitter and many receivers for complex machinery on a mushroom farm!
Many complex movements have to be made simultaneously with a handheld transmitter at a mushroom farm.
Machines are concentrated in a large area that are all remote controlled.
Thanks to the many menus on the handheld transmitter, every machine can be operated individually without the user having to use many buttons
Remote-controlled large-area irrigation systems
The problem with large-area irrigation systems is that they automatically run slowly over the field to be irrigated.
And that when they reach the end they stop but the diesel motor and the pump that are up to 1000 metres away do not stop.
Naturally this is not feasible with an electricity cable and so a wireless solution is required that can work for this distance.
Tyro Remotes can provide the right remote control for this.
When the sprinkler has reached the end, the switch flicks so that the remote control is activated and the motor and pump are switched off.
Normally speaking, the farmer does not notice in the evening so that the soil becomes extremely wet since the pump keeps running.
12 box tippers with conveyor belt
Efficiency is a must to safeguard the competitive position in the agricultural and horticultural sector.
Tyro Remotes increasingly delivers solutions for the automation of agricultural production processes.
Not only can a person control several processes at the same time but also the speed and ease of use are very important.
The illustration shows a remote-controlled box tipper. Not only the hydraulic arm but also the conveyor belt is remote controlled at the press of a button.
The receiver is simply connected to the electronically controlled valve and the electric motor.
