Tyro Cetus: the multifunctional industrial handheld transmitter

The Tyro Cetus was developed for heavy industrial application where safety and reliability are the top priority. The transmitter is fitted standard with hard emergency stop button and a unique industrial film that covers the buttons.

The DCMS® system patented by Tyro Remotes that stands for Double Click Membrane Switch®, makes it possible to control two speeds with one button. This makes the Cetus particularly suitable for crane applications such as an overhead crane.

Cetus is available in two standard variants: with 12 functions or with 24 functions with the aid of the DCMS® system. The number of functions can easily be increased with the LCD display in combination with a menu structure. Naturally master-slave, out-of-range protection, flip/flop contacts, the highest safety category and feedback on the handheld transmitter are all possible.
