In this application area, our technology is used to control and automatic align the axles of vehicles using sensors. The remote control systems are mainly used for exceptional transport vehicles of 50 meters and longer. Previously, traffic signs and street lights needed to be removed so that these vehicles could steer without problems. With Tyro's Axle Steering System, the turning radius is much smaller and these measures are no longer needed.

High accuracy and a very quick response are of crucial importance for this application area. The difference between the response of a half of a second and that of the one tenth of a second, is what determines whether the transport vehicle would hit the lamppost or not. Apart from that, the safety aspect is also very important in such application areas. The system must be safe to use on the public roads, without interference from external sources. Therefore, the official EMC e11 certificate from the EU are required by law. Tyro remote controls are already in possession of this certificate and thus ensure that you get a system that is completely safe for public transportation.
