Tyro Remotes Receivers

Tyro's Professional Receivers - Aquarius and Auriga
Tyro Remotes offers six different types of receivers; two receivers work in one direction or in other words simplex, which is to say they only transmit from the transmitter to the receiver. These receivers are the Aquarius for applications with up to four functions and the Auriga for up to a maximum of 36 functions.

Tyro Pavo semi-duplex receiver
The third receiver works with a semi-duplex system, which means that there is a transmitter and a receiver on both sides but it is not possible to transmit and receive at the same time. It works just like a walky-talky: only consecutively but at millisecond speed. This is the Pavo receiver.

Tyro Aquila full-duplex receiver
There is also the Aquila full-duplex receiver. It can transmit and receive at the same time. The Tyro Aquila is the ideal receiver for complex applications in which you want to ensure that you operate an object safely whilst simultaneously clearly displaying information about the object to be operated received from the handheld transmitter.

The versatile Tyro Norma receiver
Recently is also available the Norma receiver. The Norma has various programmable PLC's, which makes this receiver extremely versatile. The Norma receiver is available in both simplex and full-duplex.

Remote control especially for Forestry
Our newest receiver is the Aquarius Forestry Receiver. This robust, reliable receiver is very much resistant to the difficult conditions encountered in forestry.
 

Tyro Remotes Transmitters

Tyro Aquarius receiver
This is a simplex receiver with a maximum of 4 functions, an on/off button and an emergency stop. The receiver is 100% waterproof and can be controlled with two types of handheld transmitters:

- The Tyro Musca, a compact, handheld transmitter for professional use in extreme conditions.
- The Tyro Sedna, a slightly larger handheld transmitter that - just like the Musca - is impact-resistant, dirt-resistant and waterproof.
